Email Notifications

Overview

Get notified of key bridge actions. Email notifications allow you to maintain visibility into partnership performance by setting up bridge notifications. Aided by real-time insights, you’re able to take immediate action to propel value creation efforts forward. Set your notifications once globally for all bridges or customize your notifications per bridge. You will receive an email whenever activity has occurred in a bridge that you have enabled notifications.

Set and Edit your Global Email Notifications

Email notifications that are set globally will be applied to all new bridges. Your global settings are subject to be overridden by changes made to settings on an individual bridge.

Step 1

Click over the Organization logo and click Manage Users

Step 2

On your user card, click “Manage email notifications”

Step 3

Toggle “Allow email notifications”

Step 4

Select the Bridge activities that you want to be notified for immediately.

Click Save.

Set and Edit Email Notifications by Bridge

Email notifications that are set globally will be applied to all new bridges. Email notifications can be updated per bridge and this will not affect your global settings.

Step 1

On your bridge, click the settings icon in the top left corner.

Step 2

Click “Manage email notifications”.

Step 3

Check and uncheck the bridge activities that you want to be notified for immediately

Click Save
