A bridge is a shared space where you and a prospect or customer can collaborate around a success plan. Within the bridge, you’re able to define and track the progression of desired business outcomes, success milestones, metrics, and more.
Anyone who is invited to the bridge can make comments, share assets, and establish ownership around key action items. By offering a customer facing experience, you can ensure that the value you’re bringing to the table is clearly understood by your most important accounts.
From a company profile, click Create Bridge in the top header.
When you create a new bridge, you'll start with a clean slate. Navigate to the different tabs within the Bridge to add Outcomes, Metrics, Assets, and Action Plans.
To edit the bridge name, click the pencil icon to the right of the name. A text field will appear. To save the bridge name, tab or press enter.
To edit the bridge description, click Add a description or click the edit pencil icon to the right of the existing description. To save the bridge description, click Save.
Once you're ready to share the bridge, click on Share and add the email addresses of the contacts you'd like to share with.
On a bridge, click the settings icon in the top right corner of the header.
Click the Archive option. A confirmation modal will appear.
Click Archive to close the bridge. You will be redirected to the company profile upon close.
Outcomes are goals of a relationship with a customer. With the success Milestones and Metrics, you can track your progress to these results.
Action Plans are a series of grouped Milestones to be completed.
Metrics are used to track the progress of various numerical or financial goals. A Metric tracks a single goal and can be either automated or manual.
Users are able to leave comments to other members of the organizations on the bridge which allows for collaboration.
The Timeline shows progress towards achieving the Outcomes set forth. In the Timeline, you will be able to see the past and current status of each Milestone that is Associated with the desired Outcome. Timelines also have a filter option that allows you to display the desired view parameters.
Team members can be added to a Bridge for ease of viewing important people associated with the Bridge. These team members can be viewed within the top navigation bar.
Assets are uploaded documents or shared links used to facilitate the exchange of resources and ideas related to Bridge goals. Various file types can be uploaded and downloaded, URLs can be added and viewed.
Pinning an unpinned object card (Asset, Metric, Outcome, and Action Plan) displays the object card within the Bridge Overview module for easy access to high profile objects.
