Overview
Within an NGB there are five permission types; Owner, Admin, Editor, Commenter, Viewer. The actions a user can perform within each permission types changes depending on the type of user.
Owner
The owner of the bridge can perform actions within each function on a bridge.
Bridge
- Edit Title
- Add or Edit Description
- Close the Bridge
- Add, Remove, and Replace the cover photo
- Invite new users to the bridge
Comments
- Post a new comment
- Edit your own comments
- Delete comments from all bridge users
Team Members
- View, Add, Edit, and Remove Team Members
- Email a Team Member
- Add a bio to a Team Member
Outcomes
- Add or Create Outcomes
- Pin Outcomes to the bridge overview
- Remove Outcomes from the bridge
- View added Outcome details
- Edit the achievement status of added outcomes
- Reorder Outcomes by dragging and dropping them to a new location
Action Plans
- Add Action Plans
- Pin Action Plans to the bridge overview
- Remove Action Plans from the bridge
- Reorder Action Plans added to the bridge
- View, Edit, and Unassign associated milestones in an Action Plan
- Reorder associated milestones in an Action Plan
Metrics
- Add Manual and Automated Metrics
- Edit Metric title and description
- Pin Metrics to the bridge overview
- Remove Metrics from the bridge
- Configure Metric values
- Sort and Filter by type and timeframe
Assets
- Add Assets via upload or link
- Edit and Asset’s title and description
- Pin Assets to the bridge overview
- Remove Assets from the bridge
- Download Assets from the bridge
Timeline
- View and Filter the Timeline by Outcome or achievement status
