Overview
You will learn how to resend invitation to a user to your MetaCX instance. Please follow the step-by-step guide below.
Step-by-step Guide:
Step One: Login to your MetaCX account. You will be directed to the landing page of your MetaCX instance.
Step Two: Click your organization's logo in the top left corner. An options menu will appear. Click the option 'Manage Users'
Step Three: Click on the user profile to whom the Invitation has to be resent. It will open up their user profile modal.
Step Four: Click on the ‘Resend Invitation’ button to resend the invitation
Step Five: You will receive a success toast message. The user will receive an email to set up their MetaCX account.
