Activity Overview

On a given day, there can be numerous activities on a bridge and to keep a tab on all the activities manually is a tedious process. To solve this problem, MetaCX offers an Activity section to store all the activities of the bridge.

To Navigate to the Activity section:

Step 1: Login to your MetaCX account. You will be directed to the landing page of your MetaCX instance.

Click on the “Activity” section on the Header menu

Step 2:

There are different activities types that are captured in the Activity section. Few of them are listed below:

Bridge comments
Bridge View
Bridge asset added / download
Bridge Milestone status update

Bridge comments

Comments on the bridge are recorded as new activities in the Activity section. Find below the preview of the comment activity feed.

Users can also reply to a comment from the Activity feed on the Activity section by clicking on the ‘Quick Reply’ button. The reply will be stored in the comment section of the bridge.

Bridge view

When a user views a bridge, it is stored as a bridge view activity feed on the Activity section. Find below the preview of the bridge view activity feed.

In the above example, ‘Carla Gracia’ who is a bridge collaborator (user) from a company 'MetaCX' has viewed the bridge titled ‘Our Success Plan’

Bridge asset Added / Download

When a bridge collaborator (user) downloads an asset from the bridge, it is stored as a bridge asset download activity feed on the Activity section. Find below the preview of the bridge asset download activity feed.
