How to create a Snapshot

Overview

You will learn how to create Snapshots  on your MetaCX instance. Please follow the step-by-step guide below

Step-by-step Guide:

Step One: Navigate to the Metrics tab within the Value section of the application.

Step Two: Click on “All Metrics” to view your complete list of metrics. Then, select a metric.

Step Three: Click the three dot menu on the selected metric and click 'View Metric Detail'.

Step Four: Configure the selected metric for your snapshot.

1. 1. Change the time control to highlight a specific time range.
   2. Select the dimensions and elements that you want to highlight.

Step Five: When the graph represents what you want to save as a snapshot, click “Create Snapshot” in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

Name your Snapshot and give it a description.

You can also provide a target! The target will be for the timeframe of the snapshot.

After you are finished. Click 'Create Snapshot'. Then, you will be navigated to your snapshot.
