How to Remove and Delete an Action Plan on an Initiative Bridge

Overview

This article will show you how to Remove and Delete an Action Plan on an Initiative Bridge. Removing an Action plan will still allow you to access that Action Plan at a future time. Deleting an Action Plan will completely remove the Action Plan from the bridge and you will no longer be able to access it. 

Prerequisites:

The following will need to have already been created in order to delete an action plan on an Initiative Bridge.

  • Initiative
  • Initiative Bridge
  • An Action Plan

Step-by-Step Guide to Remove an Action Plan:

Step One: Navigate to an Initiative Bridge within MetaCX.

Step Two: Click on the 'Action Plan' tab in the left-hand navigation.

Step Three: Click the 'Three-dot' menu on an action plan card. Then, click 'Remove from bridge'.

Step Four: The action plan will be removed from the Initiative Bridge.

You will still be able to access the removed Action Plan by following the below steps:

Step One: Click 'Add Action Plan'.

Step Two: Click 'Select from existing'.

Step Three: Select the existing action plan you would like to re-add to the bridge. Then, click 'Add'.

You will then see the Action Plan re-added to the bridge.

Step-by-Step Guide to Delete an Action Plan:

Step One: Navigate to an Initiative Bridge within MetaCX.

Step Two: Click on the 'Action Plan' tab in the left-hand navigation.

Step Three: Click the “three-dot” menu on an action plan card. Then, click 'Delete'.

Step Four: A confirmation box will appear, asking to confirm if you wish to delete the selected Action Plan. Confirm by clicking 'Delete'.

Step Five: The Action Plan will then be deleted from the Initiative Bridge. You will no longer be able to access it.
